Choose one letter or two. You will add the name, age, letter details, and mailing address at checkout.

How it works

No long form to puzzle over. You share a few details, we do the writing, and the letter arrives in the mail.

1

Tell us about them

Share the name, age, and the personal details that make the letter theirs. Good deeds for a nice letter, or funny offenses for a roast. Add the mailing address where the letter should go.

2

We write it just for them

Each letter is written one at a time, using the details you shared. It is printed in a handwriting style on cream paper, then signed by hand with a handwritten P.S. line.

3

We mail it from Middletown, New York

Your letter is folded, sealed in a red envelope with a gold seal, and mailed in time for Christmas. Orders close December 12, 2026.

Three kinds of letters

Pick the one that fits the person. The roast is for laughs between people who know each other well, and it always ends with a way back to the nice list.

Nice list, for a child

A warm letter that names what the child did well, from helping at home to being kind to a friend, and builds excitement for Christmas Eve.

Nice list, for a grown up

A kind, funny letter for a partner, parent, or friend, celebrating the good they did this year in Santa's own cheerful voice.

Bad list roast, for a grown up

Santa calls out the funny offenses you tell us about, keeps it good natured, and gives the person a playful path back to the nice list.

Dear Emma,

Ho, ho, ho! I have been checking my list, and checking it twice, and your name is right at the top of the nice list.

Seven years old already, and growing kinder every year. Mrs. Claus told me you helped your little brother learn to tie his shoes, and that you shared your toys without being asked. The elves heard you practiced your reading every night, too. That kind of kindness is exactly what Christmas is all about.

Rudolph asked me to tell you that he saved a carrot just for you, and the reindeer are practicing their landing on your roof. Leave a cookie if you can, but please get some sleep. Christmas Eve is a long night, even for Santa.

Keep being kind, keep asking good questions, and keep helping at home. I am very proud of you, Emma, and I cannot wait to visit.

With love from the North Pole,

Santa Claus

P.S. Mrs. Claus says hello, and the reindeer loved the carrots last year.

Sample 2 · Bad list roast for a grown upExample name and joke, good natured, with a way back to the nice list.

Dear Mike,

Ho, ho, ho. Or should I say, ho, ho, no. I checked my list twice, Mike, and I am sorry to say you have landed on the bad list this year.

The evidence was hard to ignore. You did not do the dishes, you schmuck. You left them in the sink, you walked right past them, and then you acted surprised when someone else washed them. The elves watched the whole thing. They took notes.

To make matters worse, you ate the last slice of pie and blamed the dog. The dog, Mike. The dog cannot even reach the counter.

Do not panic. The bad list is not forever. Here is your way back. Wash the dishes three nights in a row, without being asked. Say sorry to the dog. And leave two cookies this year, one for me and one for your apology tour.

Do those three things, and I will move you straight back to the nice list. I am rooting for you. Even Santa believes in second chances, especially for a man who owns dish soap and knows how to use it.

See you on Christmas Eve,

Santa Claus

P.S. The sink knows the truth. Start tonight.
